Members must be at least 21 years of age and able to sign for their deliveries.

On a quarterly basis, your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card will automatically be billed for 3 bottles of wine, including the 20% discount, plus tax and shipping. Shipping costs will be excluded if wines are picked-up the weekend prior our shipment release date.

Shipping and sales tax will vary between States and location.

There is NO membership fee and you may cancel anytime, however, members must commit to their first 2 shipments.

Members can cancel by simply giving written notice at least 2 weeks before the next shipping month.

New Clairvaux Vineyard will only ship where it’s not prohibited by law. We CAN currently ship to the following states: CA, AZ, OR, IL, IW, MN, MS, NM, OH, RI, WV, ID, WA, NV, IA, WI, and WY

ALL WINES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of
California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize
us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it to be delivered. WINES MAY BE SOLD TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD, AND THAT THE PERSON TO WHOM YOUR WINE WILL BE DELIVERED IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.
