A Dedicated Community of Trappist-Cistercian Monks
In the small, dusty town of Vina California, a fifth-generation winemaker and a community of Trappist-Cistercian monks create handcrafted, award-winning wines. With a focus on quality and sustainability, New Clairvaux Vineyard produces a variety of notable and unique wines. You're invited to visit and taste for yourself the potential this historic and extraordinary wine region has to offer.

We are pleased to announce through the efforts of countless people to include our friend Darrell Corti of Corti Brothers and Deberah Golino, Director of UC Davis' Foundation Plant Services, New Clairvaux Vineyard has been the first to plant the legendary Greek grape varietal Assyrtiko in the Americas. We have also petitioned and have been granted approval from the Federal Government for use of "Assyrtiko" on American wine labels. Though our 2015 vintage has already sold out, we are excited to offer our 2016 vintage this Spring.
