With a focus on quality and sustainability, New Clairvaux Vineyard produces a variety of notable and unique wines. Assyrtiko & Moschofilero
New Clairvaux is proud to announce that we are the first vineyard in America to plant the Greek varietals Assyrtiko & Moschofilero. With the help of Darrell Corti and cuttings from a UC Davis vineyard we planted a qurater acre of each variteal on our St. James Vineyard block in Vina in 2011.
The yield of our 2016 harvest was small; only enough to experiment with, but we look forward to releasing our 2017 vintage in the Spring of next year to share with all of you
